5. Upon payment you can then pick up your Beach Pass (in the form of a card), at the Waterfront Park gate, during business hours: 7 days a week, 10am–6pm. Bring that card with you every day to obtain a waterproof wristband that will identify you with that day’s color.
6. If you purchase a pass and are found to be a non-resident, you will not be eligible for a refund AND you will NOT be permitted entry. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation.
7. When purchasing a Day Pass, you MUST download and complete the application and take it with you to the beach. Day passes are NOT available for purchase on-line.
