                                                KATHELEEN HOLDER VIA ZOOM

                                                KELLI ANN KELM VIA ZOOM

                                                CHAD SELLIER VIA ZOOM

                        ATTORNEY:    JOHN BUCKHEIT

MAYOR DWYER STATED WE ARE GOING TO START THE WORKSHOP.  I HAVE SOME DEPT OF HEALTH WATER LETTERS THAT I PUT INTO CORRESPONDENCE.  I HAD A CONFERENCE CALL WITH THEM AND PHIL AND CLEARED EVERYTHING UP.  TAKE A LOOK AT IT.  THERE IS ONE LETTER DATED JAN 20TH THAT SAYS PROPER OPTIMUM CORROSION CONTROL WAS INSTALLED AND IS OPERATING AS INTENDED HOWEVER THE PH LEVEL MUST BE INCREASED TO THE TARGET LEVELS LISTED BELOW TO FURTHER REDUCE THE SOLUBILITY OF COPPER IN THE DRINKING WATER SUPPLY.

MAYOR DWYER STATED WE ARE BARELY MISSING THE PH LEVEL THEY WANT US TO BE AT.  THEY WANT US TO ADD ANOTHER CHEMICAL TO OUR WATER TO MAKE OUR WATER SLIGHTLY LESS CORROSIVE.  MEANWHILE WE ARE WITHIN THEIR LIMITS SO I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH DOING THAT.    THAT WOULD COMPLETELY CHANGE THE CHEMISTRY OF OUR WATER.  PHIL DOES NOT WANT TO DO THAT; OUR WATER ENGINEERS DO NOT WANT US TO DO THAT AND I AM STANDING BY THEM.  WE ARE NOT MAKING ANY CHANGES AT THIS POINT IN TIME.  WE WILL CONTINUE TO MONITOR IT AND IF OUR LEVELS CHANGE, WE WILL TAKE ANOTHER LOOK AT IT.  THE CHEMICALS THEY ARE RECOMMENDING ARE VERY DIFFICULT TO WORK WITH AS WELL.   WE CONTINUE TO SUBMIT WATER QUALITY REPORTS TO THE DEPT OF HEALTH.   I WILL HAVE PAT DISTRIBUTE THE REPORTS.  THE DEPT OF HEALTH RIDES AROUND EVERY YEAR WITH OUR WATER PLANT OPERATOR AND MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS WORKING PROPERLY AND GIVES YOU A SNAPSHOT OF VULNERABILITIES THAT MIGHT EXIST.  THEY MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS BUT WE DON’T NECESSARILY HAVE TO IMPLEMENT THEM.  FOR EXAMPLE, EVERY YEAR THEY MAKE SUGGESTIONS CONCERNING ACCESS TO WAH TA WAH, BUT THAT WOULD CAUSE SERIOUS DRAINAGE PROBLEMS FOR SOME RESIDENTS.  IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS REACH OUT TO ME.

MAYOR DWYER STATED FOR THE LAST TWO TO THREE YEARS WE HAVE SOLICITED MEMBERS TO BE ON OUR PLANNING AND ZONING BOARDS.  WE SENT OUT A LETTER LAST MONTH STATING THAT THEIR ATTENDANCE AT MEETINGS WAS VERY IMPORTANT.  WE RECEIVED AN APPLICATION FOR AN ALTERNATE FOR THE VILLAGE PLANNING BOARD FROM MARK PALMIERI.  HE IS A BUSINESS OWNER IN TOWN AND AS EVERYONE KNOWS WE TRY TO KEEP THESE BOARDS AS DIVERSE AS POSSIBLE.  WE WANT PEOPLE THAT ARE VESTED IN THE COMMUNITY, OPEN MINDED AND INTELLIGENT.  THIS IS A MAYORS APPOINTMENT BUT I WANTED TO BRING IT TO THE BOARDS ATTENTION.

MAYOR DWYER STATED ANOTHER INTERESTING LETTER I GOT WAS FROM VIC LUDMERER, WHO IS THE OUTGOING VILLAGE HISTORIAN, ABOUT A LETTER THAT HE RECEIVED FROM A FORMER RESIDENT WHO OWNS AN ICE BOAT THAT THEY ARE LOOKING TO DONATE TO THE VILLAGE.  VICTOR SUGGESTED HANGING IT FROM THE CEILING IN THE COMMUNITY CENTER IF THAT’S POSSIBLE.  I DON’T KNOW HOW BIG IT IS, OR IF ITS POSSIBLE.  IT SHOULD BE KEPT IN GREENWOOD LAKE.  I DID SAY WE WOULD TAKE IT.  WE USE TO HAVE VERY ACTIVE ICE RACING OR ICE SAILING.

TRUSTEE TOM HOWLEY STATED IT’S REALLY NOT THAT LONG AGO.

MAYOR DWYER ASKED FLOYD DEANGELO, TOWN COUNCILMAN WHO IS LISTENING VIA ZOOM, TO TELL THE BOARD WHAT IS GOING ON WITH DRAWDOWN TALKS.

FLOYD DEANGELO STATED WE HAD A ZOOM MEETING LAST WEEK THAT WAS OVERWHELMINGLY IN SUPPORT OF A DRAWDOWN, AND THAT MEETING WAS FOR NEW JERSEY.  WE ARE GOING TO HAVE ANOTHER MEETNG IN FEBRUARY THAT WILL BE FOR NEW YORK.

MAYOR DWYER ASKED DO YOU KNOW THE DATE OF THE MEETING?

FLOYD DEANGELO RESPONDED I BELIEVE ITS FEB 16TH

MAYOR DWYER STATED IF YOU GO TO THE GREENWOOD LAKE COMMISSION WEBSITE YOU CAN SIGN UP FOR THE ZOOM MEETING.

WATER MASTER PLAN – MAYOR DWYER STATED I SPEAK TO DELAWARE ENGINEERING EVERY MONTH TO SEE WHAT IS AVAILABLE FOR GRANTS.  NOT MUCH HAS BEEN RELEASED TO LOCAL MUNICIPALITIES.  THE OWNER OF DELAWARE ENGINEERING SENT ME AN EMAIL ABOUT GRANT FUNDING FOR SEWERS AND I TOLD HIM WE REALLY DO NOT HAVE THE MONEY TO EVEN DO THE STUDY.  WE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE DUE TO HOUSEHOLD INCOME.

TRUSTEE SELLIER – I’M SURPRISED THAT WE EXCEEDED THE INCOME LINE.

MAYOR DWYER – THE LIMIT WAS 89,900 AND OUR MEDIAN INCOME IS $91,000.

NEW YORK STATE EXECUTIVE ORDER 203 – MAYOR DWYER STATED TRUSTEE HOWLEY AND LT EIRAND WILL BE GOING OVER THAT IN DETAIL.  WE ARE RECORDING IT.

INFORMATION SIGN – WE FINALLY GOT OUR FINAL PROPOSAL FOR THE INFORMATION SIGN AND IT CAME IN ABOUT $22,300.00 OUR DPW WILL DO THE MANUAL INSTALLATION AND RUNNING THE CONDUIT AND THEN THEY WILL COME IN AND TIE EVERYTHING IN TO THE COMPUTER.

TRUSTEE HOWLEY ASKED WHERE IS THE COMPUTER GOING TO BE LOCATED?

MAYOR DWYER RESPONDED IT CAN BE LOCATED ANYWHERE.  ITS APPROXIMATELY 6-8 WEEKS AFTER A CONTRACT IS SIGNED.  I DIDN’T SIGN IT BECAUSE I HADN’T HEARD BACK FROM TRUSTEE SELLIER.

TRUSTEE SELLIER STATED I’M RESPONDING NOW, SORRY.

TRSUTEE KELM ASKED WHO IS GOING TO HAVE ACCESS TO PUT THINGS ON THE SIGN.

MAYOR DWYER RESPONDED THE VILLAGE CLERK AND I.  HOPEFULLY EVERYONE CAN FUNNEL THE INFORMATION TO PAT, BECAUSE SHE WILL BE UPDATING IT REGULARLY.  I WILL HAVE ACCESS FOR AFTER HOURS OR EMERGENCY INFORMATION.  IF YOU WANT SOMETHING ON THE BOARD YOU SHOULD SEND IT TO PAT AND CC ME.

TRUSTEE SELLIER STATED I JUST RESPONDED.  THE SIGN LOOKS GREAT, THUMBS UP.

NAVIGATION FUNDING STATE AID – MAYOR DWYER STATED WE HAVE THE BILL THAT WAS PUT ON NYCOM’S AGENDA AND INTRODUCED BY SENATOR MARTUCCI AND ASSEMBLYMAN BRABENAC ARE HELPING IT ALONG.

MID HUDSON ST PATRICKS DAY PARADE – MAYOR DWYER ASKED TRUSTEE HOLDER WHAT IS THE STATUS OF THE PARADE?

TRUSTEE HOLDER REPLIED DUE TO THE PANDEMIC, A LOT OF BANDS WERE RELUCTANT SO THEY HAVE MOVED IT TO SEPTEMBER 19TH

MAYOR DWYER STATED I DID LET LT EIRAND KNOW OF THE CHANGE.

DISCUSSION REGARDING THE SLOW SPEED OF OPTIMUM UP IN LAKELANDS, AND LT EIRANDS PROFESSIONAL ATTIRE.

LT EIRAND STATED WE HAVE BEEN WORKING DILIGENTLY ON NYSTATE POLICE REFORM COLLABORATIVE PLAN   WE OVERHAULED OUR POLICY AND PROCEDURE MANUAL WITH AN EMPHASIS ON THE FOLLOWING TOPICS:  USE OF FORCE, STANDARDS OF RECRUITMENT, OFFICER INVOLVED SHOOTINGS, SEARCH AND SEIZURE, COMPLICIT-EXPLICIT ESCALATION AND CRISIS INTERVENTION TO NAME A FEW.  WE CREATED A PANEL CONSISTING OF MAJOR STAKEHOLDERS AND CONSTITUENTS AND ORGANIZATIONS SUCH AS THE AMERICAN LEGION, THE ELKS CLUB, VILLAGE BOARD, GREENWOOD LAKE SCHOOL DISTRICT, YOUTH POPULATION, MEMBERS OF THE POLICE UNIONS AND DAY CARE PROVIDERS.  AFTER LENGTHY DISCUSSIONS WE DECIDED OUR PLAN SHOULD BE BUILT UPON A SOLID FOUNDATION.  WE CREATED SIX PILLARS, THE FIRST OF WHICH IS BUILDING TRUST IN THE COMMUNITY BY USING JUCTICE AS OUR GUIDING PRINCIPLE, PROMOTING JUSTICE, CONTINUE TO CREATE A WORKFORCE THAT REPRESENTS OUR COMMUNITY.  ACCREDITIDATION THROUGH NEW YORK STATE IS WHAT WE WWANT BECAUSE EVENTUALLY ALL LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES ARE GOING TO BE REQUIRED.

THE SECOND PILLAR IS POLICIES AND OVERSIGHT AND WE HAVE REVAMPED THEM AND ESTABLISHED AN OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE CONSISTEING OF SWORN STAFF AND COMMUNITY MEMBERS.  OUR GOAL IS TO BE TRANSPARENT AND ACCOUNTABLE.

THE THIRD PILLAR IS SOCIAL MEDIA AND TECHNOLOGY.  WE COVERED BODY WORN CAMERAS AND THE VILLAGE AND DEPARTMENT WILL REVIEW AND DECIDE.  IT MAY NOT BE THE BEST IDEA NOW DUE TO COST BUT IN THE FUTURE, THIS IS SOMETHING THAT IWIL PROBABLY BE REQUIRED.  WE ARE ALSO GONG TO COMMIT TO SHOWING A GREATER PRESENCES ON OUR SOCIAL MEDIA PAGES ALONG WITH UPDATING THE DEPARTMENT WEBSITE.

OUR FOURTH PILLAR IS COMMUNITY POLICING AND CRIME REDUCTION.  WE ARE CREATING AN EXPLORER PROGRAM FOR THE YOUTH 14 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER.  WE ARE GOING TO COLLABORATE WITH BOCES.  WE ARE ALSO COLLABORATING WITH THE ELKS CLUB ANTLER PROGRAM, LITTLE LEAGUE, ETC.   WE ARE GOING TO REVAMP OUR DRUG FREE COALITION.  WE HAD A MEETING THE OTHER NIGHT AND DISCUSSED HOW TO DO THAT WITH COVID AND SOCIAL DISTANCING.  THERE ARE A FEW PROGRAMS BEING OFFERED VIRTUALLY THROUGH ADAC IN FEBRUARY WE ARE GOING TO TRY ONE OUT.  WE ARE GOING TO ENHANCE OUR RELATIONSHIP WITH THE SCHOOL DISTRICT, RELIGIOUS ORGANIZATIONS, AND ENHANCE VOLUNTEERISM WITH OUR DEPT.  I FEEL LIKE WE ALREADY HAVE A PRETTY GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH THESE GROUPS BUT THERE IS ALWAYS ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT.   WE ARE GOING  TO CONTINUE TO HOST EVENTS SUCH AS BIKE RODEO, FISHING TOURNAMENTS AND THE LIKE.  WE WANT TO CREATE A HEALTHY KIDS PROGRAM, WHERE WE GET TOGETHER WITH THE KIDS AND DISCUSS NUTRITION, HEALTHY LIVING AND ANY OTHER THING THE KIDS WANT TO DISCUSS.

THE FIFTH PILLAR IS TRAINING AND EDUCATION.  WE WILL PROVIDE LEADERSHIP TRAINING AND ONGOING EDUCATION THAT INCLUDES CRISIS INTERVENTION, THE DISEASE OF ADDICTION, IMPLICIT BIAS, USE OF FORCE, DE-ESCALATION, MENTAL HEALTH.

THE SIXTH PILLAR IS OFFICER SAFETY AND WELLNESS.  WE ARE GOING TO REVIEW SCHEDULING PRACTICES, SHIFT ROTATION. WE DON’T HAVE OUR OFFICERS WORKING DIFFERENT SHIFTS EVERY SINGLE WEEK SO THERE IS RESEARCH SHOWING HOW UNHEALTHY THAT CAN BE FOR OFFICERS.  OUR OFFICERS WORK STEADY SHIFTS.  WE ARE GOING TO CONTINUE TO PROVIDE BALLISTIC VESTS AND MAKE SURE THE OFFICERS WEAR THEM ALONG WITH THEIR SEATBELTS.

LT EIRAND CONTINUED; WE HAVE HELD THREE MEETINGS TO ESTABLISH THIS PLAN.  THE NEXT STEP IS THAT WE PRESENT IT TO YOU, PUT IT ON OUR WEBSITE FOR PUBLIC COMMENT.  ANY QUESTIONS THAT COME THROUGH SHOULD COME TO MY EMAIL, OR MAYBE TO THE MAYOR OR SOME GENERIC EMAIL.  FEBURARY 18TH WE WANT TO HOLD THE NEXT MEETING AND DISCUSS ANY QUESTIONS OR COMMENTS.  AT THAT POINT WE CAN IMPLEMENT ANY NEW INFORMATION AND HOPEFULLY AT THE NEXT BOARD MEETING, FEBRUARY 22ND, YOU CAN RATIFY THE PLAN.  ONCE ITS RATIFIED WE NEED TO START WORKING TOWARDS THE PLAN AND IMPLEMENTING IT.

MAYOR DWYER STATED I WILL FORWARD WHAT YOU SENT TO THE BOARD FOR THEIR REVIEW.  AT OUR NEXT MEETING, OR IN BETWEEN THEY WILL GIVE THEIR OPINION.  I AGREE WITH AN EMAIL BESIDES YOURS, SO WE WILL PUT MINE THERE AS WELL.  ESCELLENT WORK.  YOU AND TOM DID A GREAT JOB.  WE HAVE GREAT RELATIONSHIPS WITH OUR COMMUNITY AND ARE VERY ACCESSIBLE TO EVERYONE IN THE COMMUNITY BUT YOU HAVE COME UP WITH A PLAN TO MAKE IT EVEN BETTER.  THIS IS A GOVERNMENT MANDATED EXECUTIVE ORDER.

TRUSTEE SELLIER STATED THE INITIATIVES ARE TREMENDOUS.  IN THE DETAIL PLAN DO YOU HAVE ANY CONCRETE MILESTONES THAT CAN BE MEASURED?

LT EIRAND REPLIED AFTER PUBLIC HAS COMMENTED, THERE MAY BE THINGS THAT WE WANT TO CHANGE.  SO, AFTER THAT WE WILL PUT DATES IN.  I WOULD LIKE TO THANK THE PANEL THEY ALL PARTICIPATED AND THEY WERE GREAT.  I CAN SEE A LOT OF GOOD COMING FROM THIS.

TRUSTEE HOWLEY STATED LT EIRAND DID A DYNAMITE JOB ALONG WITH THE COMMUNITY PANEL, BUT THE END RESULT IS A DIRECT REFLECTION OF HIS WORK.

LT EIRAND STATED FOR THE MONTH OF DECEMBER 2020 WE BECAME A LITTLE MORE REACTIONARY DUE TO COVID.  WE HANDLED 1393 COMPLAINTS, MADE 10 ARRESTS, HAD 70 TRAFFIC TICKETS AND 3 MOTOR VEHICLE ACIDENTS.  WE RECEIVED OUR NEW HYBRID VEHICLES IN NOVEMBER.  IN THE MONTH OF DECEMBER WE SAVED APPROXIMATELY 120 GALLONS OF FUEL.  WE WILL HAVE A MORE ACCURATE ACCOUNTING AT THE END OF THE QUARTER.  I THINK IT WILL BE A LARGE SAVINGS.  POLICE VEHICLES NORMALLY LAST BETEEN 5-8 YEARS SO WE SHOULD SEE A BIG SAVINGS.

TOWN COUNCILMAN FLOYD DEANGELO STATED I WANTED TO THANK YOU FOR THE POLICING ON THE LAKE THIS PAST SUMMER.

MAYOR DWYER STATED FLOYD IS REFERRING TO THE FUNDING FROM THE TOWN FOR NAVIGATION.  OUR POLICE DEPARTMENT PATROLS THE LAKE OUTSIDE OF THE VILLAGE LIMITS IN THE TOWN.  I HAD LT EIRAND PUT TOGETHER A REPORT SHOWING WHAT TYPE OF TICKETS WERE GIVEN OUT AND WHERE THEY WERE GIVEN OUT SO THAT WE COULD ASK FOR MORE FINANCIAL SUPPORT FROM THE TOWN.

LT EIRAND STATED OUR NAVIGATION STATISTICS WERE AIDED VEHICLES, TOWS, EDUCATIONAL STOPS, EQUIPMENT CHECKS, ERATIC OPERATION.  A TOTAL OF 31 SUMMONSES WERE ISSUED.  WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF GREENWOOD LAKE, THE NAVIGATION UNIT HANDLED 108 CALLS FOR SERVICE, ISSUED 13 WAKE SUMMONSES.  IN THE TOWN OF WARICK WE HANDLED 131 CALLS FOR SERVICE AND ISSUED18 SUMMONSES.  WE MADE ONE BWI  ARREST IN THE VILLAGE AND ONE BWI  ARREST IN THE TOWN WATERS.

MAYOR DWYER STATED A LOT OF THE WORK THEY DO IS IN TOWN WATERS.  THANK YOU TO THE TOWN FOR THE EXTRA FUNDS.

DAILY WEEKLY MONTHLY SAMPLING CONTINUES.  YEARLY SAMPLING AND REPORTING WAS COMPLETED. LEAD AND COPPER SAMPLES WERE ALSO COLLECTED AND THE VILLAGE ONLY HAD ONE EXCEEDANCE.  A NUMBER OF SERVICE LEAKS, BUSTED METERS DUE TO COLD TEMPERATURES WERE REPAIRED.  THE NEW WELL HAS BEEN KEEPING UP WITH WATER USAGE EASILY AND WE ARE HOPING TO DO A COMPLETE FLUSH IN THE SPRING.   METERS WILL BE READ THE END OF FEBRUARY.  THE HEALTH DEPT LETTERS THAT SUGGESTED MONITORING, WE ARE ALREADY DOING.  I DON’T SEE THE NEED FOR SODA ASH OR PH.

MAYOR DWYER STATED I AGREE.  I EXPLAINED TO THE BOARD WHAT THE SITUATION IS AND WHAT THEIR SUGGESTIONS ARE.  ALTHOUGH THINGS MAY MAKE SENSE ON PAPER, THEY ARE IMPRACTICAL IN REALITY.  I AUTHORIZED PHIL TO MOVE FORWARD WITH A WELL TREATMENT.  THANK GOD WE GOT A NEW WELL WHEN WE DID BECAUSE WELL E GAVE OUT ON US.  GIVE LT EIRAND A CALL ABOUT THE GENERATOR.

NEW BUSINESS

PART TIME POLICE CONTRACT – MAYOR DWYER STATED TRUSTEE HOWLEY AND I MET WITH THEM LAST WEEK AS THEIR CONTRACT EXPIRES MAY 31, 2020. THEY ARE GOING TO GIVE US A COUPLE OF PROPOSALS.  WE GAVE IT BACK TO THEM FOR MORE SPECIFICS.  WE WILL CONTINUE MEETING WITH THEM.  WE WILL BRING IT TO THE BOARD WHEN WE REACH A CONSENSUS.

VILLAGE BOARD MEETING

MAYOR DWYER ASKED EVERYONE TO STAND FOR THE PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE.

NEW BUSINESS CONTINUED.

WATER QUALITY AND WELLS UPDATE – THE WATER QUALITY REPORT IS BEING DISTRIBUTED TO THE BOARD MEMBERS.  WELL E IS NOT PRODUCING ENOUGH WATER.  WE WILL BE DOING A REHAB SO THAT WE CAN RUN THE TWO WELLS TOGETHER.  WE DO HAVE A CASON WELL ALSO.  THE NEW WELL, WELL G IS PRODUCING AN ENORMOUS AMOUNT OF WATER.  IT IS LOADED WITH MINERALS AND THEREFORE A LITTLE MORE COMPLICATED TO TREAT.

MOTELS AND LONG-TERM RENTALS – MAYOR DWYER STATED THIS HAS BECOME AN INTERESTING ISSUE FOR US.  THERE ARE TOO MANY QUESTIONS ABOUT HOW SOME OF THESE HOTELS AND MOTELS ARE OPERATING.  WE HAVE FOUND THAT MOST OF THEM ARE NOT OPERATING UNDER THEIR APPROVED PLANS THAT WERE SUBMITTED.  THE PROBLEM THAT WE RUN INTO IS IDENTIFYING THE LEGAL AND APPROVED USE.  IT HAS BECOME A MAJOR PROJECT IN THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT.  THEY ARE LOCATING ALL OF THEM AND LOOKING INTO WHAT THE APPROVED USES ARE AND ALSO INDICATING IF THEY ARE OPERATING UNDER THAT USE.  THE ANTONS PROPERTY IS UNDER REVIEW RIGHT NOW.  ATTORNEY BUCKHEIT, MYSELF AND THE BUILDING INSPECTOR ARE MAKING SURE THAT ALL THE UNITS ARE INSPECTED.  THEY HAVE BASICALLY TURNED INTO AN APARTMENT BUILDING WHICH IS ILLEGAL, THEY HAVE BEEN CITED FOR SUCH.  RIGHT NOW, DURING THIS PANDEMIC IT HAS BECOME DIFFICULT TO PROSECUTE CASES AND ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO EVICT.  WE ARE DOING EVERYTHING THAT WE CAN FOR ALL OF THESE PROPERTIES THAT HAVE BECOME RESIDENCES ILLEGALLY.  WE ARE WORKING WITH THE COUNTY AND ATTORNEYS TO FIGURE IT ALL OUT.  WE WILL ENFORCE OUR LAWS AS BEST WE CAN.

ATTORNEY BUCKHEIT STATED AT LAST THURSDAYS INSPECTION THE BUILDING INSPECTOR WAS ABLE TO GET INTO EVERY UNIT.  WE HAD POLICE PRESENCE THERE AS WELL.  WE ARE TRYING TO WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE TO BRING THEM INTO COMPLIANCE.

MAYOR DWYER STATED THERE IS ACTUALLY AN EVICTION NOTICE FOR THIS PROPERTY BUT THE SHERRIFFS OFFICE REFUSES TO TAKE ANY ACTION ON IT AT THIS TIME.  THE PROPERTY IS TRYING TO BE SOLD, SO THAT ALLOWED US TO GET IN TO DO INSPECTIONS.  WE CAN NOW DOCUMENT WHAT EXACTLY IS THERE RIGHT NOW SO WILL KNOW IF ANYTHING IS CHANGED.  THERE MAY BE A SALE PENDING BUT WE ARE GOING TO MAKE SURE ALL VIIOLATIONS ARE TAKEN CARE OF FIRST.

EVENTS

TAX GRIEVANCE DAY IS GOING TO BE 2/17TH FROM 4:00PM TO 7:00PM.  THIS IS TO ARGUE YOUR ASSESSMENT FOR TAX PURPOSES.  THIS IS GOING TO BE AT THE SENIOR CENTER IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN SOCIAL DISTANCING.

PRIVELEGE OF THE FLOOR.

NANCY BRENNER DEANGELO STATED I WANT TO SAY THAT THE AMBULANCE CORP FOR THE YEAR ANSWERED 456 CALLS.  THERE ARE MANY PEOPLE AFRAID TO GO TO THE HOSITAL RIGHT NOW.  IT SOMETIMES TAKES LONGER TO DISINFECT THE AMBULANCE THAN IT DOES TO ANSWER THE CALL, BUT IF YOU NEED AN AMBULANCE PLEASE CALL US.  IT DOESN’T APPEAR THAT WE ARE SEEING LESS OF COVID RIGHT NOW, BUT I AM HOPING ONCE THIS VACCINE GETS MORE AVAILABLE, WE WILL BE SEEING LESS.  THERE IS A COUNTYWIDE COURT SYSTEM RIGHT NOW WITH ONE JUDGE, AND ALL COURTS ARE VIRTUAL.  ALL OF THE PAPERWORK IS GENERATED USING TECHNOLOGY BETWEEN SHERIFF’S OFFICES, POLICE DEPARTMENT, COURTS, ETC.   IT’S A VERY INTERESTING SYSTEM.
