ARTICLE I, Planning Board [Adopted
7-10-1995 by L.L. No. 4-1995]
§ 26-1. Residence in Village Required
for Planning Board. [Amended 1-16-2001 by L.L. No. 1-2001]
Notwithstanding the relevant provisions of
the Village Law of the State of New York, or any other general law, local law,
ordinance or special act, the members of the Planning Board of the Village of
Greenwood Lake, Inc., need be a resident of the Village of Greenwood Lake, Inc.
ARTICLE II, Zoning Board of Appeals [Adopted 1-16-2001
by L.L. No. 1-2001]
§ 26-2. Residence in Village Required
for Zoning Board of Appeals.
Notwithstanding
the relevant provisions of the Village Law of the State of New York, or any
other general law, local law, ordinance or special act, the members of the
Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Greenwood Lake, Inc., need be a
resident of the Village of Greenwood Lake, Inc.
ARTICLE III, Appointed Village Officials [Adopted 1-16-2001
by L.L. No. 1-2001]
§ 26-3. Residence in County Required for Appointed Village Officials.
Notwithstanding the relevant provisions of
the Village Law of the State of New York, or any other general law, local law,
ordinance or special act, the appointed officials of the Village of Greenwood
Lake, Inc., need not be a resident of the Village of Greenwood Lake, Inc., but
must be residents of the County of Orange and the State of New York.
Chapter 29, SALARIES AND COMPENSATION
[The annual salaries of local
officials are set by budgetary procedure and are a part of the Salary and Wage
Schedule adopted with the budget for the village. Copies of the current annual
budget, including the schedule of wages and salaries, are available in the
office of the Village Clerk/Treasurer for inspection during office hours.]
